Chenggong district in Kunming has demonstrated unprecedented vitality and potential in the new energy vehicle market in recent years.

The well-established charging and swapping infrastructure are key factors for residents to choose new energy vehicles.

Up to date, Chenggong has built 124 public charging stations for new energy vehicles, with 2860 charging piles and six battery-swapping stations. There is at least one charging or swapping station within a 5-kilometer radius.

The focus on building the charging and swapping infrastructure for new energy vehicles contributes to the tangible progress of Chenggong carbon emission goals.

This year, the district plans to construct the largest solar-powered charging station, contributing to energy conservation, carbon reduction, and sustainable development.
