Pavilion dedicated to industrial parks unveiled at 7th China-South Asia Expo

Among the 15 pavilions of the ongoing 7th China-South Asia Expo, one is dedicated to the development of the industrial park economy.

Covering an area of 4,000 kilometers, the pavilion, divided into six areas, shows the advanced experience, strengths, and key industries and investment policies in the development of the industrial park economies of relevant countries and regions worldwide.

The Comprehensive Exhibition Area comprehensively displays the development process and prospects of 17 national-level development zones and 72 provincial-level development zones in Yunnan.

The Overseas Industrial Park Exhibition Area showcases 5 overseas industrial parks, including the Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Park, Sri Lanka’s Hambantota Industrial Park, Laos’s Vientiane Saysettha Development Zone, the China-Belarus Industrial Park, and the China-UAE Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park.

The Provincial Industrial Park Exhibition Area showcases the advanced experiences of various economic zones, including Suzhou Industrial Park and the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Shanghai Lingang Industrial Park Exhibition Area, the largest exhibition area for Shanghai enterprises at the 7th China-South Asia Expo, mainly presents the key projects for Shanghai-Yunnan industrial cooperation.

The Pilot Free Trade Zone and Border Industrial Park Exhibition Area comprehensively showcases the strengths and highlights of industry parks near Mohan, Ruili, and Hekou.

The Provincial Industrial Park Exhibition Area organizes 5 national-level and 5 provincial-level economic development zones, as well as 3 national-level high-tech zones to showcase the success stories of of these development zones.
