On August 4, the first 59 exhibits for the 7th China-South Asia Expo and the 27th China Kunming Import and Export Commodities Fair were set up in the exhibition hall.

They are from countries such as Pakistan and India,  and were transported by air to Kunming Changshui International Airport. The exhibits primarily consist of clothing, wallets, and leather caps, among others.

"All exhibits for the expo are declared using the national integrated customs clearance system, which has reduced logistics costs for our businesses and ensured that exhibits clear customs quickly and can participate in the exhibition on time," said Fu Yu, the customs clearance manager at Yunnan Tongyi International Freight Agency Co., Ltd.

This year’s  expo is scheduled to be held in Kunming from August 16 to 20. It is one of the most significant economic and trade exchange events between China and South Asian countries this year.
