It will formulate supporting policies to export used vehicles, implement plans for building the national import trade promotion and innovation demonstration zones, add RCEP (Kunming) International Expo Center, and promote the development of China-Laos railway cross-border e-commerce.

Meanwhile it will accelerate the construction of the Mohan Import Trade Promotion Demonstration Zone, focusing on cross-border service industries such as light industrial product processing and manufacturing, medical health care, and generic drugs. It will build the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone into a model area for RCEP cooperation.
