Kunming’s Chenggong district and Anning city have been listed in the 2022 China’s cities with best climate for living, according to the China Meteorological Administration.

The list aims to enhance public awareness of climate change and facilitate the building of beautiful cities and local economies.

It is regarded as an important measure for implementing the development philosophy of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, and to promote ecological civilization.
