Statistics show that during the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20), the operating income of the province's advanced equipment manufacturing industry increased from 69.57 billion yuan ($9.67 billion) in 2015 to 150.54 billion yuan in 2020, with an average annual growth rate of 16.7 percent.
The advanced equipment manufacturing industry leads industrial transformation and upgrading.
By 2025, the province's advanced equipment manufacturing industry will strive to achieve 380 billion yuan in operating income and 90 billion yuan in industrial added value, with an average annual growth rate of over 20 percent.
