The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has announced a group of national 4A-level scenic spots, one of which is located in Kunming -the peaceful Yulong Bay Scenic Spot.
Located in Kunming’s Anning city, it is 24 kilometers away from the downtown area of Kunming and serves as an ideal place for urban dwellers to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Covering an area of 1,817 acres, it includes parks, old Kunming city, a golf course, a horse riding club, forests, and mountain and lake hotels.
The forest area also supports visitors in gaining knowledge about nature, drawing, camping and more. The characteristic scenes of valleys and water have drawn many dramas to shoot here.
