Consuls general in Kunming, foreign experts, teachers, heads of foreign enterprises and international youth representatives were invited to the reception.

In the project signing ceremony, An Enfa, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Kunming Municipal Committee and vice mayor, gave a speech on the highlights of living in Kunming. The consuls general of Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and the Myanmar commercial consul also introduced the cooperation opportunities.
Agreements were formalized: The People's Government of Wuhua District signed a memorandum of cooperation with Yunnan Lanmei Business Co., Ltd.; CLP Group signed an investment agreement with Xundian county; Airport Economic Zone signed an investment agreement with Kunming Pufeng New Energy Co., Ltd. At the same time, the Kunming Foreign Affairs Office signed investment agreements with the above three enterprises.
