Kunming’s lakeside wetlands ready to receive visitors

Thousands of acres of ecological wetlands in Kunming’s Xishan district will be gradually opened to visitors within this year.

Over 70 percent of the wetlands, covering 5,100 acres near Dianchi Lake, have undergone a face lift and serve as a green ecological barrier, as well as a good place to take in natural scenery.
