Kunming held a symphony concert on May 20 in observance of the International Day for Biological Diversity 2022.
The concert was performed by the International Philharmonic Orchestra of Kunming Professional College of Arts. It was the second consecutive year that the orchestra has held a biodiversity-themed symphony concert.
The concert was aimed to highlight the harmonious coexistence of man and nature through music.

Founded in 2017, it consists of artists from more than 10 countries, including Russia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine. Since its establishment, the orchestra has held more than 200 concerts and art education popularization activities.
The concert was initiated by the press department of Yunnan province for COP15 and hosted by the Kunming Professional College of Arts.
