Updated: May 11, 2022

The Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone launched its official website in the Lao language on May 8, becoming national the first FTZ zone part that provides an official website in four languages - Chinese, English, Burmese and Lao.

The Kunming pilot zone has leveraged its role as a border capital to promote business climate and attractiveness with integration into the RCEP and using China-Laos Railway.

By setting up multi-languages websites and other news outlets, it offers 24-hour news for South and Southeast countries and areas.

These efforts promise to facilitate trade and investment, support opening up, and ease personal and cultural exchanges.
