Kunming distributes tourism vouchers worth 150m yuan

Starting tomorrow, Chenggong district in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province, will provide vouchers worth 150 million yuan ($23.4 million) to boost tourism and consumption.

They will be handed out in several rounds within the year to consumers in Yunnan and beyond.

Yunnan also began on Monday handing out vouchers worth 300 million yuan to stimulate cultural and tourism consumption during the upcoming International Workers' Day and boost market confidence.
