The first part of the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) is being held in Kunming, Yunnan province, and will run until Friday. Flower clusters, landscaping and illuminations decorating the city showcase the charm of the "city of spring".
